Not an easy day today, lots of lemons and not enough sugar…But hey, look at this:
Got some vitD at least! Anyone breaking out a burger on a grill outside today? I’ve been caught unawares by this weather, so unfortunately I’ll have to make do with a glass of supermarket lemonade decorated with some yummy frozen berries. Instant pink lemonade! Happy days 🙂

I too have been caught unawares for bbq/summer food these last few days, I’ve been satisfying myself by making iced Moroccan mint tea, lush! Pink berries in rose wine works well too 😀

Sounds refreshing! I love a good mint tea. I need to get my hands on some fresh mint – I have plans to pot some for myself eventually! I had a lovely minty lemonade recently in a restaurant, thanks for reminding me! 🙂
